ADVANTAGES OF THE TECHNOLOGY

• the quality of the finished product is not inferior to the quality of the product obtained by the chloride method (when using modern technological solutions at the stage of washing hydrated TiO₂ from chromophore impurities);
• production with “zero” waste – the possibility of complete recycling of all production waste into marketable products.Today, the disposal of sulfate method waste is quite high-tech.At some plants, the sale of products obtained from production waste is comparable to the volume of sale of the marketable product;
• the manufacture of the main equipment and process devices is cheaper than when implementing the production of TiO₂ by the chloride method.
